Oven-baked salmon fillets with lemon, garlic, and light herbs on a parchment-lined baking tray.

Ingredients:

  • 4 fillets wild caught salmon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, freshly ground

Method:

Start Cooking
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place salmon in a baking tray and brush the marinade all over.
  • Let marinate 10 minutes if you have time (optional but nice).
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes, until flaky and just cooked through.
  • Remove, rest 2 minutes, and serve warm. Bon appétit.

  • Bake just until it flakes easily and stays tender.

  • Sprinkle fresh dill, parsley, or thyme after roasting.
