red onion

small, thinly sliced

cups
spinach–arugula mix
2
tomatoes

thinly sliced into half-moons

tbsp
mayonnaise
,
or preferred sauce

Method:
Start Cooking
Cook mode
Keeps your screen from going dark.
Heat avocado oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.
Add the beef strips and cook for several minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan. Cook until the beef becomes tender and most of the liquid evaporates.
Once the liquid is gone, season with salt and stir well.
Place the cheese over the beef, cover again, and let it melt.
Warm the wraps. Spread mayonnaise or your preferred sauce on each wrap.
Add the cheesy beef mixture, greens, sliced onion, and tomato slices.
Fold the wraps. Press in a panini grill if preferred. Serve warm.
