Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Lightly brush your baking dish with olive oil.
Steam broccoli for 10 minutes, until tender but not mushy. Drain very well and spread evenly in the dish.
In a bowl, whisk together: eggs, milk, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper.
Stir in ½ cup mozzarella + ½ cup parmesan.
Pour mixture over broccoli.
Top with remaining mozzarella + cheddar.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until set in the center and lightly golden.
