Method:
Start Cooking
Cook mode
Keeps your screen from going dark.
Add everything to a blender or food processor.
Blend until completely smooth.
If it feels thick, add 1 - 2 tbsp water to loosen.
Adjust salt last.

Notes:

Too sour → add 1 tsp olive oil or mayo.
Too sharp → add 1–2 tbsp yogurt.
Too thick → splash of water.
Needs brightness → tiny squeeze of lemon.
Blend until fully smooth for the creamiest texture.
Add 1–2 tablespoons water if you want a thinner, drizzle-able sauce.
Make it yours
Swap mayo for more yogurt if you prefer it lighter.
Add more feta for a bolder, saltier bite.
Add extra yogurt for a lighter, creamier sauce.
Add olive oil for a silkier texture.
Add a tiny squeeze of lemon if it tastes flat.
Add cucumber for a tzatziki-style twist.
Blend in fresh dill or parsley for a herby finish.
Stir in a spoon of tomato sauce for a soft pink, slightly sweeter sauce.
At the table
Perfect with chicken wraps, roasted veggies, grain bowls, sandwiches, or as a quick dip with warm bread.
Also great spooned over grilled proteins or tucked into pita.
