FROM THE PANTRY

Berries & Yogurt

WHY WE LOVE IT

Creamy yogurt and bright, slightly tart berries come together, both refreshing and satisfying. The protein and fats in yogurt help keep you full, while the fiber in berries supports balanced blood sugar.

A LITTLE STORY

For thousands of years, yogurt has been part of everyday eating across Central Asia and the Middle East, often paired with naturally sweet fruits like berries. That same combination continues today in smoothie bowls.

DID YOU KNOW?

Traditional yogurt contains live cultures that support gut health, which is also linked to mood and immunity.

The deep blues and purples in many berries come from anthocyanins, natural antioxidants that help reduce inflammation.
