Cook the beefHeat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and cook 3–4 minutes until softened.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Remove excess grease, then return to heat.
Add garlic, salt, paprika, and black pepper. Cook for 1–2 minutes.
Remove from heat and mix in mayo.
Prepare the slidersSlice rolls in half and place the bottom half in a lightly greased baking dish.
Sprinkle half of the cheese over the bottom buns.
Spread beef mixture evenly.
Top with remaining cheese.
Place the top buns over the filling.
Bake and serveBrush olive oil over the tops and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and tops are lightly golden.
Slice and serve with burger sauce on the side.
